Victoria Rodriguez
Dr. Victoria Rodriguez is a New York-based psychotherapist, business and leadership development strategist, running coach, and speaker. As a psychotherapist, she works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, identity issues, imposter syndrome, grief and loss, work-related stress, and relationship concerns. Victoria uses her therapeutic skills and training in strategic leadership to empower her clients to understand themselves better, improve their self-esteem and develop insights and strategies as leaders to grow personally, better engage with their teams, and expand their companies. She specializes in working with women, most specifically WOC and female entrepreneurs, in advancing in both their careers and their interpersonal relationships while at the same time developing a more compassionate relationship with themselves. As an entrepreneur, she has her own business, Victoria R. Consulting, a business and leadership development consulting agency that focuses on building the companies of WOC entrepreneurs. Victoria has also worked as a medical social worker at North Central Bronx Hospital and New York University Hospital. She continues to work in hospital administration for the Mount Sinai Hospital Department of Social Work Services. Throughout her career, Victoria has done a number of speaking engagements. Her experience extends to program development, program evaluation, and workshop facilitation.
Victoria earned a dual degree, BA in Psychology and a BA in Sociology, a Minor in English from The Pennsylvania State University, a master’s in Social Work with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice from Columbia University, a master’s in Public Administration with a focus in International Health Policy and Management from New York University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, School of Business. She completed EMDR training at the Trauma Specialists of Maryland, LLC, and her running coach certification through the Road Runners Club of America. She has a Post-Master's Certificate in Sports Social Work
