Lenisha Sisnett

Lenisha Sisnett is a Licensed Master Social Worker from Brooklyn, NY. She is currently the Social Worker and Manager at Reel Works where she lends her expertise to show the intersections between media and human services. Lenisha is the founder of Future Professionals Inc., a youth centered nonprofit that centers students' preparation for life after high school.

As a graduate of Hunter School of Social Work now known as Silberman School of Social Work she specializes in children, youth and families. With over 16 years of experience within the field of social work, her commitment and work has spanned schools and nonprofits in the New York City region. She has been a part of the CSSW community for over 9 years as an Advisor and continues to serve various communities through instruction and facilitation of workshops that support BIPOC students and the individuals responsible for their learning.
