Jessica Godwin
Jessica Godwin has developed an expertise in model implementation, leadership coaching, outcome measurement, and change management over 30 years working in the fields of child welfare and youth development as a program designer, administrator, evaluator, trainer, and consultant. Before becoming a consultant, Ms. Godwin developed her knowledge & expertise as a senior associate at the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, a manager at Graham Windham, and at NYC’s Administration for Children's Services Office of Youth Development creating, funding, and managing programs for older youth transitioning out of foster care. Before working with NYC ACS, Ms. Godwin managed large-scale NYC community-based programs for youth and families at several large-scale multi-service organizations. Ms. Godwin currently manages the NYC implementation of Solution Based Casework, an evidence-informed case practice model, with 20 agencies providing families with prevention services.
Ms. Godwin received her undergraduate degree in art history from Skidmore College and her master’s degree from Hunter College School of Social Work. She lives with her family and is proudly parenting and launching two young adults.
