Grievance Policy

If you have a question or concern about a course, facilities, non-receipt of certificate, refund or another issue related to continuing education programming or services, please email or call the Director of the Office of Professional Excellence at swope@columbia.edu and 212-854-4378.  Cancellation and refund information can be found on the registration page for each individual conference, workshop, event or self-study offering.
