Columbia Mourns the Death of Howard Polsky
It is with great sadness that we at the Columbia University School of Social Work acknowledge the passing of an esteemed colleague and member of our community, Professor Howard Polsky. His was an important voice in the world of social work. Professor Polsky was a teacher, mentor and friend to countless students, faculty, and
staff over a career that spanned 42 years. Our sympathies go to his family, who have requested that the memorial service remain private. Read more.
