Rachel Goldsmith

Rachel Goldsmith, LCSW-R, is the Associate Vice President for the Domestic Violence Shelter Programs at Safe Horizon. She provides leadership and management direction for eight domestic violence shelters and scattered site programs. She also serves as a clinician in individual and group settings, with expertise in the treatment of client-centered, trauma-informed services for survivors of domestic violence and their children. Ms. Goldsmith holds a bachelor’s in social welfare from Stony Brook University, an advanced certificate in trauma studies from the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy, and an MSW from the Columbia School of Social Work.
