Miriam Goodman

Miriam Goodman is Clinical Director of the Women’s Prison Association‘s (WPA) alternative to incarceration program, JusticeHome. She previously served as the Assistant Director of Anti-Trafficking and Trauma Initiatives at the Center for Court Innovation, in which role she provided training to judges, lawyers, and clinicians across the country on trauma and working with trafficking survivors.  Ms. Goodman provided oversight and supervision of staff providing alternative-to-jail programming in the Human Trafficking Intervention Courts. She focuses on trauma work, and has trained in evidence based practices for working with trauma survivors.  She earned her BA in Sociology from Dickinson College, and her MSW from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University.
