Michael Bomar II

A Graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Social Work and Minor focused in Business Administration & of the University of South Carolina with a Master of Social Work, Michael’s experiences have enabled broad exposure to a variety of facets within the field. Michael also has experience in providing clinical practice within statutory guidelines and experience in regulatory and policy development with program implementation. Mr. Bomar has professional experience spanning 19+ years including but not limited to experience as a clinical therapist with mental health child, adolescent, and adult populations, including enhanced health services.

Currently Michael is employed with a Managed Care Organization as the Clinical Supervisor of a Program Integrity Department responsible for preventing, detecting, and identifying Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) within their respective network. Michael is a licensed clinical/independent social worker in North and South Carolina, also holding the AHFI (Accredited Healthcare Fraud Investigator) designation through NHCAA.
