Eric Grossman, LCSW, is the Director of Alternative to Incarceration and Reentry Services at the Women’s Prison Association, in which role he oversees programs that provide a continuum of care for women at all stages of justice involvement. These programs include prison and jail-based interventions, community-based case management and vocational program, and high-impact HIV prevention programs.
Mr. Grossman has served in outpatient and residential mental health centers, domestic violence shelters, and correctional facilities for women. He specializes in trauma-informed approaches to care, and has experience as a clinical supervisor and program administrator. He was raised in the suburbs of New York City and is proud to call the city his home.
