April 20 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | ONLINE (VIA ZOOM) | REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Alumna Natalie Rogers (MSW ’79) realized that traditional methods such as advice and visualization could not significantly change intense performance anxiety. After conducting hundreds of workshops for controlling this condition, Natalie created a practical step-by-step training based upon the principles of neuroscience. In this interactive “panic clinic” for public speaking, Natalie will take us through her mind-body technique to ease the fear of public speaking. From the discomfort of participating in meetings to the anxiety of giving a formal speech, you will learn concrete steps to overcome fear and panic when speaking in front of an audience.
