About the Workshop
Joanna Hulton
Preschoolers communicate and make sense of their world symbolically: they express themselves through play. Learn to communicate with them through this unique language in both caregiving and educational settings. See how the growing field of therapeutic play can encourage a clear path for young children’s emotional and intellectual development. Led by Joanna Hulton, PhD (bio), this workshop will focus on early intervention, but the discussion will extend from birth to elementary-school age.
