Despite so much going on in our personal and professional lives, self-care is essential to thrive. This workshop will center radical self-care and resiliency planning for BIPOC, including using communication skills in courageous conversations.
Come prepared to participate in an interactive and engaging space that will promote community and inclusivity. Participants will engage in interactive and experiential exercises including mindfulness, journaling, and discussion-based group exercises that will facilitate deeper exploration in this area.
