Please join the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the 2022 Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month Panel! This event will include a discussion at the end for audience questions.
Panelists:
JP Almanzar (they/them/theirs) is an uptown cultural worker, community educator, and consultant. They work to uplift the histories and experiences of trans and people of varying mind-bodies through practices of art making, mutual aid, and education.
Bryan Clavel (they/them/theirs) is a commercial portrait and fine art photographer based out of Brooklyn, New York. Most recently, Bryan’s work explores the concept of identity and the myriad of skins queerness encompasses.
Isa Noyola (she/her/hers) is a first generation Mexican translatina. She was the former Deputy Director at the Transgender Law Center and now the current Deputy Director at Mijente, a political, digital, and grassroots hub for Latinx and Chicanx organizing and movement building.
