Graduation Ceremony, Class of 2018

NOTE: THIS SIGN-UP IS FOR LIVESTREAM ONLY. For the in-person ceremony taking place at the Beacon Theatre, tickets are required.

The Columbia School of Social Work is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of our 2018 graduating class at a special ceremony taking place after University Commencement, at the historic Beacon Theatre. Here is the schedule for the graduation ceremony’s highlights:

2:00 p.m.: Processional
2:30 p.m.: Welcoming remarks by Dean Irwin Garfinkel
2:40 p.m.: Keynote address by Charles Lewis
3:00 p.m.: Student awards and Oath of Affirmation
3:15 p.m.: Ph.D. hooding ceremony
3:30 p.m.: Master of Science diploma presentation

All registrants will receive a notice with the link about 30 minutes before the graduation ceremony begins, along with any other updates.
