DESCRIPTION

At his talk on “Rethinking Sexual Migration: Shifting Sexualities and Health Implications,” Prof. Carillo will report on his latest investigations into the phenomenon of “sexual migration” and its relation to HIV risk among Mexican gay and bisexual male immigrants. Most recently, he completed a study of the sexualities and sexual identities of straight-identified men who are sexually attracted to both women and men.

PRESENTER

Héctor G. Carrillo is an associate professor of Sociology and Gender & Sexuality Studies at Northwestern University, where he also co-directs The Sexualities Project.
