Field practice is the hallmark of social work education. We at Columbia feel very strongly that it is critically important to sustain field learning as much as possible. At the same time, we recognize that these are NOT ordinary times. Hence we’ve made a number of adjustments and options available to you – as described below. While field continues, our expectations are being adjusted in response to current conditions.
