What Does Social Work Mean to You? (Video)
Social workers can be therapists, clinicians, economists, program directors, cabinet members, and school counselors. They can be educators, researchers, and data scientists. There are truly as many ways to do social work as there are people and communities to serve.
What doesn’t change, regardless of the job and setting, is social work’s core values: the commitment to be of service, to promote and advocate for social justice, to support healing, and to uphold the dignity and worth of every person.
