Adjunct Assistant Professor
Edith Kealey is a Senior Research Scientist with the New York City Human Resources Administration, which oversees a broad range of social service programs including cash assistance, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, and child support. In her role with the Office of Evaluation and Research, Dr. Kealey conducts program evaluations, primary research, and policy analysis to inform agency programming and planning. Prior to joining HRA, she spent over ten years as a research scientist with the New York State Office of Mental Health, where she was responsible for managing several state-wide implementation and quality improvement initiatives focused on evidence-based practices and shared decision-making. Dr. Kealey received her MSW and PhD degrees from the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
