The Center on Poverty and Social Policy will host its annual conference to highlight its latest research on poverty in New York City featuring the Robin Hood Poverty Tracker. The conference will also highlight the Center’s work understanding the impacts of national anti-poverty policies, such as the Child Tax Credit and other major income support policies. The keynote speaker is Dorothy Brown, a nationally recognized scholar in tax policy, race, and class and has published extensively on the racial implications of federal tax policy.
