Social Work Votes is a student-led team through the Columbia School of Social Work, in collaboration with the Latino Leadership Institute, that (1) focuses on voting rights, access, and suppression, (2) promotes voting resources, tools, and engagement actions through social media outlets and community organizing, and (3) calls on students, alumni, agencies, and professionals in social work to connect with communities to improve voting turnout in local, state, and federal elections.
